We are celebrating Groundhog’s Day! With the book this week, we let the students ask the question “What will the groundhog see?” in anticipation of the groundhog making his appearance February 2. After reading the book, we asked the students if they thought the groundhog would or would not see his shadow. Enjoy!

I am so impressed by your class! What a wonderful classroom for those lucky students. I wish all special education classrooms could be like yours. Sometimes it is frustrating when you put your energy and time (and money) into helping the kids only to come back the next week and your adaptations/suggestions are not being used. I see a lot of burnt out or over-whelmed teachers with no money to spend in their classrooms. What a joy to read your blog.
